Inspired by the intuition, simplicity, and approachability found in objects made for young children, these elements are translated into functional furniture for everyday use. The chair combines CNC machining with traditional woodworking. It consists of a seat, backrest, and side frames, allowing for flat-pack shipping.
Here is an additional [Note] on the project finished with Ottchil, a traditional Korean lacquer technique.
